I discovered the book "the Best of Permaculture" in 2007 and then enrolled in a PDC to skill up for a sustainability action bicycle ride around Australia. My Environmental Science Degree did not offer the holistic insight and practical solutions that the two week PDC offered.

Since then I have worked as a permaculture consultant in central Australia for health organisations on Aboriginal Communities. I briefly investigated the potential for highland permaculture in Papua New Guinea before moving to Darwin to work in events management and sustainability education.

Soon my partner and I will start a permaculture project in southern Morocco and eventually run a business in NSW.
